Registrations
Do not try to register by snail mail. There is not enough time between now and when I wllll be leaving for the campout Friday morning for us to recieve the registration in time. You may still register via the online form at this time. If you will be attending the campout and have not yet registered and can not do so online you may pay your registration at the campsite, simply bring your reservation fee with you!
To reserve the campsite on a weekend we must reserve it for two days.
Each night is just over $60.00, there is a reservation fee of $9.00 and taxes bringing the
total reservation fee to just under $129.00.
The registration fee for the campout is $10.00 per family.
At this amount if eleven families decide to go then reserving the
group site is possible. Any extra money collected will be used
for firewood. Any additional funds collected above the cost of the
campout will be put towards reserving the site again for next year. If
there is a lot of extra money (we really don't foresee this) then it will be
donated to a local charity we decide upon at the campout. For
information on refunds see below.
We are again using the online registration. If using the online
registration form please make payments with a verified account.
Credit card and payments made with unverified accounts will NOT be accepted.
(See the note below about my PayPal account.) If
you are unable to complete the registration through PayPal please contact us.

Refunds Top
We hate to do this but have found that prior years solution for refunds didn't work well.
Last years campout was a success and the extra funds were donated to a charitable
organization. Last minute cancellations have caused some financial strain in the past.
To make this the best possible campout for everyone involved we have compiled the
following refund policy:
Full Refunds can and will be given until the campsite is actually reserved. This can be done because no money has been spent on the campout at this point and there is no reason why a full refund can not be given.
50% Refund will be given once the campsite has been reserved. Once the campsite has been reserved $129.00 have been spent and all refunds will then be coming directly out of our pocket.
No Refunds will be given the two weeks before the campout. Your fee, should you not be able to make it, will be donated as a sponsorship to the campout. This way, the campout will be able to go forward benifiting everyone who attends.
Special Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis after the campsite has been reserved. We know life happens and sometimes circumstances beyond our control can make life challenging. Send the details of your situation to us for review. We will then make a determination on your refund. This does not mean that a full refund will be given.Ok, now your wondering why no dates have been posted here. No dates have been posted becasuse it is all dependant on how fast the money comes in to reserve the site! I will be posting to the groups and on this site when the campsite is reserved.

PayPal is a great way to send and receive money. We are using a
personal account to accept the payments for the campout and are not able to
accept credit card payments or payments from unverified PayPal accounts.
We have chosen to not to accept credit card payments to help reduce the
costs associated with the campout. Admittedly the fees PayPal
charges are not large but over the course of many transactions they do add up.
If you are unable to complete the registration through PayPal
using a verified PayPal account please contact us to make other arrangements.
